坚持冬季锻炼的人,其抗寒能力比一般人强8-10倍。冬季室外体育锻炼,因不断受到冷空气的刺激,身体对疾病的抵抗能力增强,而阳光中的紫外线不但能够杀死人体皮肤、衣物上的病毒,还能促进身体对钙、磷的吸收,有助于骨骼的生长发育,这对正在长身体的青少年及儿童来说尤为重要。冬季的体育锻炼,还可以消除大脑疲劳,帮助增强记忆力,提高学习效率。而踢球对于我们来说,是一种非常好的冬季锻炼方式。

促进心肺功能和呼吸器官功能

在足球运动过程当中,全身的血液循环加快,新陈代谢加强,从而可以使心肌发达,心脏的收缩力加强,胸廓活动范围扩大,肺活量提高,有良好的预防呼吸道常见病的作用。

Promote cardiopulmonary and respiratory function

The blood circulation of the whole body is accelerated and metabolism is also strengthened while playing football, so that your myocardiumis well developed and cardiac contractility increased. In the meantime the lung capacity is also improved which has a good effect on preventing common respiratory diseases.

 

促进智力发育

孩子在踢球时全身所做的各种动作直接受神经系统的支配和调节。肌肉中的神经可将各种刺激冲动传到大脑,从而促进大脑功能,使大脑对动作的判断和反应更加灵敏。

Promote intellectual development

孩子冬天踢球应该注意些什么呢?

预防冻伤和感冒

带孩子出来踢球,衣服不宜穿得太多,从室内到室外锻炼时,要先做好准备活动,等身体发热至微微出汗后,再脱去外。踢球结束后,应及时穿上外套。

Prevention of frostbite and cold

When take children out to play football, they should not wear too much clothes. When comes to the open area, do some preparation activities till the body is warm and then take off the jacket. Put on the jacket in time when training is finished.

 

踢球前做好热身

热身活动能够使中枢神经的兴奋性提高,心脏和肺脏的功能加强,血液循环和物质代谢得到改善,更好地适应激烈运动的需要。由于肌肉关节都活动开了,不仅可取得较好的锻炼效果,而且也能防止肌肉拉伤、关节扭伤等现象。

Warm up before training/match

Warm up activities can improve the excitability of central nervous system, strengthen the heart and lung functions, improve blood circulation and metabolism to better adapt to the needs of intense exercise. It can not only achieve good exercise effect, but also help prevent muscle strain and joint sprain.

 

用鼻子呼吸

注意呼吸的节律,鼻粘膜的血管丰富,腔道也比较弯曲,对空气有加温和加湿的作用,所以要用鼻子呼吸,不要大口喘气。

Breathe through your nose

Pay attention to the rhythm of breathing. The blood vessels of nasal mucosa are rich, and our nasal is relatively curved. It can warm and humidify the air. Therefore, you should breathe through your nose instead of gasping through mouth.

 

 

足球运动不仅是身体和大脑的锻炼,也是意志和性格的锻炼,特别是冬季的足球运动效果更加明显。足球运动会使孩子的性格开朗、活泼、乐观,这种良好的情绪对于生长发育中的少儿的帮助非常之大。

Football helps not only strengthen our body and brain, but also strong will and good character  like being cheerful, optimistic and diligent ,more so when playing football in winter.  All of these aspects are very helpful to growing children.

 

足球训练和比赛中,孩子要付出较大的努力来完成目标,克服各种困难,这就是很好的意志锻炼。冬季的足球训练结束后,会使孩子更有自信心和成就感,会让他们更加优秀、懂礼貌,与人相处主动且平和。

Children need to complete some goals, pay greater efforts to overcome various difficulties in football trainings and matches. This is a great way to exercise their willpower. After the football trainings in winter, children will have more self-confidence and sense of achievement which will make them be more excellent, polite and know how to get along well with others.
